Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern access to and use of Citely, operated by On The Ground (UEN 53470346A). By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

1. Subscriptions and billing

Plans are billed monthly or annually in Singapore Dollars (SGD), exclusive of GST, which is added at checkout for GST-registered transactions. Annual plans are billed upfront; monthly plans renew automatically until cancelled. You can change your plan or billing cycle at any time from account settings.

2. Free trial

Pro-plan trials run 14 days from signup and do not require a payment method. At the end of the trial, continued use of paid features requires an active subscription.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to use Citely to send prompts to third-party AI engines in a manner that violates those engines’ own terms of service, to scrape or resell raw tracking data in bulk outside your agreed plan, or to attempt to circumvent usage limits.

4. Data ownership

You retain ownership of the content you upload or generate through Citely (briefs, drafts, audit results). We retain ownership of the Citely platform, methodology, and aggregate, de-identified benchmarking data derived across customers.

5. Cancellation and termination

You may cancel at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period, with no partial refunds for unused time except where required by law. We may suspend or terminate accounts for breach of these terms, non-payment, or abusive use.

6. Limitation of liability

Citely is provided on an “as is” basis. AI visibility data reflects observed behaviour of third-party AI engines, which we do not control and which can change without notice. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
